After a career in economics based in the Philippines, Joffre immigrated to Australia as an aged carer & later studied international development finance law for a PhD. On occasion, he lectures for NGOs & universities, as well as informal discussion circles. Although higher level caring requirements called him to withdraw his candidacy, he continues his extra-curricular activities & plans to complete a PhD in a manner compatible with his views, path, style & principles in life.
